To prevent damage from liquids, we recommend you avoid the following: Swimming, bathing or going to the sauna with your iPhone. Exposing the iPhone to pressurised water or at high speed, for example while taking a shower, water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, jet skis and so on. Intentionally immersing the iPhone in water. Using the iPhone in temperatures that are not within the recommended range or in extremely humid conditions. Disassembling the iPhone or removing screws from the device. Upon receiving any Swappie product, our customers have 14 days to return their items if they are not 100% satisfied. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as it was received in. You can return your phone by filling out this return form and using the return shipping label included in the package. The Swappie warranty covers technical issues with the phone, such as problems with the camera, microphone, speakers, etc. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, however. You can choose to extend the warranty to a total of 3 years by buying the extended 3-year warranty at the checkout.

Buying and selling a phone are independent processes. This means we cannot give you a discount towards a new phone when you're selling an old phone to us. This is due to the fact that we first have to inspect your old phone and then send the payment via your bank. It would be best to first order a new phone and upon receiving it, you can sell your old one to us.
Absolutely! Just fill out a sales form for each phone separately and pack them in individual parcels. You will get a printable DHL shipping label for each parcel once you’ve filled in the sales form. We will cover the shipping fee.
We do not buy all iPhone models due to the availability of spare parts, among other reasons. An example of this would be the iPhone 6 Plus. The latest models launched by Apple will be updated to our list after they have been on the market for some time as we must wait for the stock to become available.
As the seller, you are responsible for backing up any important information on your phone and erasing all personal information before selling it. You can erase your phone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. We also erase every phone that we receive. You must also disable Find My iPhone before sending us your phone by going to Settings > Your Name > iCloud > Find My > Find My iPhone. Alternatively, you can do this by logging in to wwww.icloud.com/find and removing the phone from your Apple ID account. We do not purchase phones that have Find My iPhone turned on. If you need any further help with erasing your phone or disabling Find My iPhone, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.
We ask that you do not send us any accessories with your phone – the phone is all we need. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot resell any phone accessories. Including your headphones, case, charger, etc. will not raise the price you will receive for your phone.

Start by filling in the sales form on our website. You will receive an initial price estimate and a printable shipping label that you must use to send your phone to us. We will pay the shipping fee. Please don't send us any accessories, such as the charger or headphones. They do not affect the price and we cannot resell them due to hygiene reasons. Shipping the phone usually takes 1–3 working days. Once we receive your phone, we will inspect it within 4 working days. If the phone's condition is as indicated on the sales form, we'll make the payment directly to your bank account. If it is not in the condition indicated, we'll contact you with an updated price estimate which you can choose to accept or request the phone back free of charge.

Our condition categories apply only to the appearance of the phone as a way to define how much wear and tear the phone has sustained. Phones in ‘Like New’ condition have virtually no signs of wear; they look as good as new. ‘Very Good’ condition means the phone may have a few very small scratches or signs of wear, but an overall tidy appearance. ‘Good’ condition means the phone has more visible signs of wear, such as noticeable scratches. Phones labelled as ‘Acceptable’ will have distinctive signs of wear, as they have seen a lot of use. We do not sell phones with cracked screens or camera lenses. All of our phones come with a one-year warranty and you have the right to return your phone within 14 days of receiving it.
All of our phones are packaged in specialised Swappie boxes and come with a Lightning to USB cable and SIM tray opener tool. However, the power adapter, headphones and headphone jack adapter are not included in the package. You can purchase a protective case, professionally installed tempered glass or headphones separately.
