All of our batteries retain a minimum of 80% of their original capacity, which Apple has declared sufficient for efficient battery performance. Apple's lithium-ion batteries are designed to hold at least 80% of their original capacity for a high number of charge cycles, which will vary depending on the product. We replace any batteries that have less than 80% of their original capacity.
Upon receiving any Swappie product, our customers have 14 days to return their items if they are not 100% satisfied. Please note that the product must be in the same condition as it was received in. You can return your phone by filling out this return form and using the return shipping label included in the package. If you don't have the shipping label or if you have any questions about returning your phone, please contact our customer service.
Once we've processed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link for your shipment. If you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact our customer service.
Start by filling in the sales form on our website. You will receive an initial price estimate and a printable shipping label that you must use to send your phone to us. We will pay the shipping fee. Please don't send us any accessories, such as the charger or headphones. They do not affect the price and we cannot resell them due to hygiene reasons. Shipping the phone usually takes 1–3 working days. Once we receive your phone, we will inspect it within 4 working days. If the phone's condition is as indicated on the sales form, we'll make the payment directly to your bank account. If it is not in the condition indicated, we'll contact you with an updated price estimate which you can choose to accept or request the phone back free of charge.
We will process your refund within 5 business days after we have received your phone. Depending on your bank, the refund should take between 2–5 business days to complete. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please contact our customer service.
All of our phones come with a 12-month warranty. You can choose to extend the warranty to a total of 3 years by buying the extended 3-year warranty at checkout.
We will make the payment directly via bank transfer. We cannot pay you in cash or offer you a discount towards a new phone.
Our delivery time throughout Europe is 1–4 working days. If there are any problems with delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. You can reach us via phone, email or chat during our opening hours. Please note that our opening hours will depend on your country. Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed can no longer be cancelled and must be returned as a refund instead.
Unfortunately, due to the large size of our stock and high rate of product turnover, we cannot provide pictures or detailed information, such as the battery condition, of specific phones prior to purchase.
