Swappie warranty covers technical issues with the phone. These issues include but are not limited to problems with the camera, microphone or speaker. You can read more about our warranty here.
The extended warranty covers any and all of the issues covered by the standard warranty for an extended period of time (3 years).
All of our phones come with a 12-month warranty. You can choose to extend the warranty to 3 years by selecting the extended 3-year warranty option at checkout.
Selling and buying a phone are at the moment separate actions, and unfortunately, we cannot give a direct discount into a new phone. This is due to the fact that we will first inspect the phone and pay the selling price always via bank transfer. We recommend you first to order the new phone and sell the old one once you have received the new one.
Absolutely! Just fill out sales from for each phone separately. After this, you can send all the phones in the same parcel.
Unfortunately, due to the stocking of spare parts, we don’t buy some specific models. However, we will update new models to our selling page from time to time.
As a seller, you’re personally responsible for saving all the important information from the device. In addition to this, your iCloud account needs to be disabled from the phone. Even if we inspect your phone, you’re personally responsible for ensuring that you have erased all personal information from the phone. If you are unsure about how to erase content from the phone, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will also erase phones during the selling process.
If you have an unused charger or headphones, you can include them in the parcel. Please note, that these will not affect on the price.
We make the payment directly via bank transfer. Unfortunately we will not give the payment in cash.
When selling a phone, you can send it to us free of charge via DHL in Europe. If you’re located in Finland, you can send the phone via Posti or bring it directly into our store in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.
After filling out the sales form, you can print out the shipping label. Here you can fill the sales form
Shipping the phone usually takes 1-3 working days. Once we receive your phone, we will inspect it in 1-4 working days and after this we will make a payment to the bank account number informed in the sales form.
