What do the condition categories mean?
All the phones we sell have went through an extensive and rigorous testing
process. All our phones are refurbished, so you can trust that the phone and the battery will work as
they are supposed. All batteries have at least 80% of the original capacity which means that the battery
level is very good.
- Like new: This product is almost untouched and looks like a
brand new phone.
- Very good: This product is in very good condition. The phone
may have a few tiny scratches or signs of wear. Product is fully tested and works excellently.
- Good: The phone may have a few signs of wear, such as
scratches, scrapes or other marks. There are no cracks in the Display. Product is fully tested and
works excellently.
- Acceptable: The phone has notable signs of wear, such as
scratches, dents or other marks. There are no cracks in the Display. Product is fully tested and works
excellently.
- Worn: The phone has significant signs of wear, but all the
features work. Product is fully tested and works excellently.
