What phone model do you have?


Does the phone turn on normally?
Is the screen colour even? – There should be no spots or blotches.
Are there any scratches/marks on the body or screen?
Does the phone have cracks in any of the glass parts (screen, back glass, camera lens, home button)?
Is the body of the phone bent/cracked, has the phone gotten wet or is the fingerprint sensor broken?

How do I inspect my phone?

1. Turn off Find My iPhone (Note: We cannot buy your phone if Find My iPhone is on)

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Find My iPhone > Turn off

If your iPhone does not turn on, you can turn off Find My iPhone by signing in to your iCloud account here.

2. Reset phone and erase all content and settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings


Accepting the Terms of Sale

If your phone is in worse condition than you have stated, the price will be lowered to correspond to the actual condition of the phone.

We recycle operator locked, water-damaged, bent and otherwise unusable phones free of charge.

Thank you for your sale!

Print and tape the following shipping label to the package so that we can pay for the postage. Please package the phone carefully and with enough padding so that it arrives intact. If you still have the phone’s original box left, you can also use that.

Take the package to your nearest post office or bring it directly to our store in Ruoholahti. We will check your phone and make the payment within four business days. We will contact you if the phone’s condition category changes or if for some reason we will not buy your phone.

Print the prepaid shipping label

Package the phone carefully (e.g. in the original packaging), tape the shipping label to the package and take the package to your nearest post office.
